This is a very cardio demanding sport. Growing up id always been the bulky kid little bit chubby but always bigger than the rest of the kids. i started hitting up the gym when i was 15 but due to growing i only used natural bodyweight like chin ups, lateral pull ups, push ups, sit ups and tricep dips. I was growing in height and muscle mass. It was only till i started lifting weights i bulked p and have increased muscle mass that i have gained 10kg of muscle. The other day i was watching new moon and eclipse with my girlfriend that i saw Taylor lautners physique and thought to myself WOW hes ripped. it has now become my goal to stop bulking but to start getting lean.
